Members’ attention is drawn to the following information concerning changes to the UFUA rules sought by Queensland Branch Administrator Gavin Marshall. These changes are intended to facilitate the conduct of elections ordered by the Federal Court following a judgment delivered on 24 February (UFUA V UFUA, Union of Employees, Queensland [2022] FCA-145)
